TEMECULA (CBSLA.com) — A doctor at Temecula Valley Hospital has been arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting a patient recovering from surgery.
Doctor John McGuire, 44, allegedly committed the assault on the patient in July.
McGuire was taken into custody Wednesday, police said.
His bail has been set at $3 million.
